| Alder Plumbing uses top of the line GORLITZ drain cleaning machines with a variety of sizes of cables and blades. We don't recommend the use of chemicals in your drain lines for two reasons. 1, is most chemicals are very caustic/acidic substances which interact with the material the pipes are made of and will eventually deteriorate them. The 2nd reason is because those chemicals are very harmful to the environment. They also destroy living organisms in the lines which help decompose waste matter. The only substance we endorse is an enzyme compound, called BIO-ONE, which is perfectly safe for the environment and very effective in keeping your drain lines clean.  |
